ALYTH YOUTH PARTNERSHIP SCIO
Supporting the Young People of Alyth and the surrounding area since 1998
OUR AIMS
AYP is a community run, voluntary youth organisation.
We aim to provide safe and enjoyable activities for the young people of Alyth and the surrounding area.

We encourage our young people to be a positive part of the community.

We support them to make positive choices for their futures.
WHAT WE DO
We have a weekly programme of clubs and also run activities, trips and projects throughout the year.
YOUTH CLUB
Aimed at those in Primary 7 through to school leavers, we run clubs for various age groups 5 nights a week at The Hub, located in Alyth Town Hall. This is a welcoming space where young people can spend time with each other, chat with youth workers, and take part in activities such as playing pool, playstation, listen to music, have a bite to eat, or create something at the art table. Throughout the year we raise funds to go on trips all over Scotland, and have also had trips abroad 3 times in the past few years.
THE TRIBE
We run the Tribe twice a week for kids in P5 and P6. We use 3 rooms at Alyth Community Wing and the groups take turns to cook, create art masterpieces, and take part in large group games.
16+ ACTIVITY AGREEMENTS
In partnership with Perth & Kinross Council, we support young people across East Perthshire to take their first steps towards employment or further training. This ranges from working with them on practical tasks such as opening bank accounts and creating CVs to helping them discover what they are good at and to work towards fulfilling their potential.
